Winner: Craig O'Connor

Craig copes with Cystic Fibrosis, diabetes and liver disease, but is still able to devote much of his time to raising money for the CF Trust. He also volunteers for St John Ambulance and the Blood Bank - delivering blood on his motorbike for emergency use in Worthing, Brighton and Chichester hospitals. Despite his poor health, Craig is a caring, loving father - and has even written a story book based on his 10-year old daughter Phoebe's teddy bears!
